It is hard to believe that it has been two months since the last ABC’s and 123’s!  I would love to say that I was in Venice to see Chiharu Shiota’s installation for the Japanese Pavillion, but unfortunately, no plans to visit Venice this year.

The “Gallery and Museum Exhibitions to See” page has been updated!

Artists have been busy these last few months.  Here are some upcoming and current events from various ABC artists.

This year, six ABC artists will be applying to participate in the Tokyo Art Book Fair.  We will find out at the end of July if we are selected to take part in this fantastic event.  In the meantime, you can find more information about the six artists here.

Lyle Nisenholz will be the guest artist at the monthly Party for Creative People at ROME Cafe in Shibuya on Saturday, May 30th.  You can find details and how to reserve a place at this link.
Miki Saito’s first solo exhibition “Sounds Of A Silent Sneeze” in Tokyo has opened on the 1st and 3rd floor of ANA Intercontinental Tokyo in Akasaka and runs through August 10th.  Learn more about the exhibition at this link.
Yuka Otani’s “Sweet Vessels and Candy Rain” exhibition is currently on display at the Yokohama branch of papabubble.  Visit this link at papabubble’s Facebook page to learn more.
Ruri Clarkson’s embroidered illustrations can be found in the July issue of ozplus.
